Balmain is pleased to announce the closing of a senior secured revolving Asset Based Loan Facility to the GSM Group, an intergenerational Australian family-owned group that designs, imports and distributes a wide range of household appliances branded Mistral and electrical accessories branded Trader to major Australian retailers and electrical wholesalers. This facility extends Balmain’s longstanding relationship with the company.
