The office is located in the new Swift on Hunter Building, purpose built A Grade Office Suites constructed to cater for the growing demand for specialist professional services across greater Newcastle and the Hunter Region. With Balmain, Newcastle and Hunter borrowers now have direct access to real estate loans (for business purposes) and investors can enjoy monthly distributions from Balmain's various mortgage backed investment funds.
