Harry Verheul

Harry joined Balmain in 2025 as an Analyst in the Origination team, focusing on land subdivisions and construction projects. He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2025 with a Master of Finance.

Prior to Balmain, Harry held analytical and finance roles at CBRE, Goodman Group and Maxim Business Advisors. At CBRE he worked in FP&A, where he supported budgeting, forecasting and operational performance reporting. At Goodman he worked in accounting across industrial assets. At Maxim he gained exposure to tax and business advisory.

Harry enjoys the commercial side of lending. He works closely with brokers and sponsors, assesses risk and structures facilities to support projects from land acquisition through to construction completion.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys running and playing tennis with mates. He is also an avid Newcastle Knights supporter.
