Balmain is pleased to announce the closing of a 2 year senior Asset Based Loan (ABL) facility to AJ Lucas, an ASX listed company that provides drilling and degasification services to the Australian mining industry.

The facility enabled an improved and simplified capital structure while providing revolving facilities to support the capital expenditure and working capital needs of the business.
