The Borrower approached Balmain after Bank funding was withdrawn less than 2 weeks from the contracted settlement date.

Balmain was able to meet the settlement date, providing funding through one of the Balmain lending vehicles.

The Loan was secured by a vacant permitted site for 46 office warehouse units.
