The project involves the construction of a fully leased, DA-approved industrial warehouse spanning 1,903m² in Deniliquin, NSW. The strong pre-lease commitment from the incoming tenant provided confidence that the development would meet a genuine local business need.

Balmain always looks beyond the numbers, and visiting similar completed projects by the developer and seeing their long-standing relationship with the tenant gave us further confidence in the project’s success.

We also structured the funding solution to assist with construction cash flow requirements and some off-site costs, helping keep the development moving.
