• The client required funds for the construction of a mixed-use development in Bulimba, QLD comprising both luxury residential units and commercial space.
• While 6 of 9 nine units had been presold, the developer's strategy was to retain the commercial component for long term investment and no pre-commitment of leasing was obtained.
• Balmain was successfully able to secure construction with no further presales and no pre-commitment of leasing.
