Balmain’s loan of approximately $20MM at <50% LVR was requested by Balmain’s client to refinance an existing loan and provide working capital over a property investment facility in Lane Cove, NSW.

Balmain completed a full Finance Tender among 11 shortlisted Lenders. While initial responses provided an Interest Rate Margin ranging between 2.10% and 2.25%, Balmain settled at 1.63%.
