Regional Land Bank Facility Secured

Balmain has a commitment to support regional towns with access to funding to enable the development of new residential estates, infrastructure and services.

In this deal, Balmain provided finance to settle a future development site in regional Victoria.

The development of ‘The Lookout’ is anticipated to deliver approximately 345 new residential allotments, open parks and recreational reserves for this regional town.
