Site loan for mixed-use residential development

The Borrower approached Balmain seeking bridging finance required to refinance existing lender and provide equity release to finalise planning after the Borrower’s house bank was unable to deliver finance.  Short-term site facility refinanced into construction loan once the Borrower had finalised planning approvals and build contracts.
