Amrit Singh

Amrit Singh is a Partner in Origination at Balmain, specialising in Commercial Real Estate Lending. He brings experience across capital raising, debt advisor and credit underwriting, having worked with property developers, investors and business owners to secure debt and equity funding solutions across a broad range of projects and asset classes.

Prior to joining Balmain's Origination team, Amrit held a Credit Manager role within the business and has previously worked in KPMG's Real Estate Capital team, advising on real estate transactions ranging from development finance to large-scale institutional projects. Over his career, Amrit has advised on and helped fund more than $1.5bn of real estate transactions.

Amrit holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce - Professional Accounting from Macquarie University, along with a course in Entrepreneurship and Doing Business in Europe from the Paris School of Business.
