Damian Saffin

Starting his finance career in 1994 as a part-time bank teller, Damian Saffin went on to spend 26 years with major banks, including CBA, Bank of Melbourne and NAB, before moving into private lending. In 2020, he joined Australian Unity’s construction fund, supporting developers and protecting investor capital for the next five years.

While he has received numerous sales awards, Damian considers his greatest achievement to be maintaining a healthy balance between work and life. He values the strong relationships he’s built across the property industry and takes pride in contributing to projects that leave a lasting impact.

Outside of work, he is actively involved in his four children’s sports, coaching, mentoring and supporting across basketball, AFL, netball and soccer. He also enjoys staying active through basketball, running and snowboarding, and loves spending time with family and friends over good food and a drink.
