Melissa Merran

Melissa Merran is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years of experience in structured real estate finance, property coaching and credit risk. She began her career in France before spending nearly a decade at CBA, where she specialised in property lending across investment and development projects within the SME and corporate space.

She has reviewed thousands of property deals and is recognised for leading training programs for bankers across Australia. Melissa is passionate about delivering tailored, practical advice and building strong relationships, with a genuine focus on the people behind each project.

Outside of work, she will be found with her three children, adventuring around either in Australia or with the rest of her family in France. Melissa also enjoys staying active through jiu-jitsu.
