Rachel Cassaniti

Rachel joined Balmain in 2025 as an Analyst in the Origination team, focusing on commercial lending across construction, residual stock, residential and commercial property transactions. She previously worked at Assetline Capital, where she was responsible for structuring and managing complex commercial lending facilities, including multi-security and development transactions.

Driven by a strong passion for commercial lending and the real estate market, Rachel combines her background in Property Economics with hands on experience across the full lending process. From initial structuring through to settlement, Rachel is committed to delivering strong outcomes for clients.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate IV in Credit Management from Kaplan. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and cooking.
