The Deal

The Borrower approached Balmain looking to develop their largest project to date, a 59-townhouse project.

Balmain was selected as the preferred financier as it offered a higher LVR than the other bank and non-bank funding options which reduced the Borrower’s required equity contribution, freeing up available capital for future site acquisitions.

Funds were provided through the Balmain Capital Fund, with a qualifying presale requirement condition of 65% of the Facility limit.
