Balmain provided funds to assist with the acquisition of 4.93ha industrial site substantially improved with 14,700m2 of high clearance warehouse space and accompanying hardstand area, in Bayswater, VIC, approximately 25km east of the Melbourne CBD. The client intends to pursue planning approval for a future redevelopment of the site.
Balmain also made the process easier by arranging funds against the Borrower’s other assets, so no upfront cash was needed. The deal also covered the GST on the purchase, helping the Borrower complete the deal smoothly.
