The Borrower had developed a 69-unit building in Kangaroo Point and following a successful marketing campaign was left with 8 unencumbered apartments at the completion of the project.

Balmain provided funding against the unsold units to release equity for use in progressing the Group’s other projects.

Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund.
