Preserve cash resources to self-fund

Balmain provided debt funding to assist in the acquisition of a residential development site in the Brisbane suburb of Rochedale.

Our funding enabled the Developer to secure the site with minimal equity and preserve their cash resources to self-fund Stage 1 of the project.

Funding was provided through the Balmain Mortgage Fund.
